Sixty-five participants from a wide variety of Capital Region employers enjoyed Diane Campion's presentation entitled "Getting it All Done - Juggling Multiple Priorities When Time is Limited."

Evaluations of the presentation were very positive and included statements such as "Great Program!" "Excellent presentation in all respects!" Numerous participants requested handouts to take to co-workers and several expressed interest in having Diane return to present related topics such as handling paperwork flow and project management.

Diane,
I wanted to send you a picture and thank you for your wonderful suggestion to use hanging wall files in my kitchen. My limited counters are now FREE of CLUTTER thanks to you and your wonderful idea!

I've created slots for the following areas:

  • Out slot - so I can grab what I need as I'm heading out the door
  • Active/Daily slot – I purchased a simple spiral notebook to log in daily to do's, simple tasks, and other items I need to keep track of such as work with community groups with which I'm involved
  • Mail slot – after opening the mail over the trash, I take what's left and put it in the mail slot for my husband to read when he gets home from work
  • Kids slot – I've re-trained my children to remove their schoolwork from their backpacks and place them in their specific slot. They feel important because they have their very own slot and I can always put my hands on their homework that needs to be done

I have implemented all of your ideas after meeting with you. Your insight into improving the organization and flow of paperwork, tasks and toys in my house has been a lifesaver. It's amazing what you were able to come up with in only a couple of hours! Thank you so much!

My experience with Diane Campion was very rewarding. She responded quickly to our needs. She very quickly sized up the organizational problem and started on a solution. She worked with us in learning what we do, what our goals were, and where we had to go, and then adapted the solution to our needs.

In my case, a small business owner with 5 employees, I had become overwelmed and the paperwork had piled up. The business had grown very quickly, and we didn't have good paperwork and workflow and tracking systems in place. Diane reviewed our mess, then started by helping to organize my desk, showing me how to prioritize work on the desktop, and how to streamline paperwork flow throughout the office.
